1. Abe ingat loan ASB guna kiraan personal loan/car loan. NEHI hai. Affin guna formula floating home loan. This is akin to home refinancing technique which Abe absolutely love!
2. Abe ingat teknik loan ASB ialah ambil loan kemudian bayar bulan2 selama 360 bulan. GHALAT! Baik bayar selama 12 bulan sahaja!
3. Buat loan ASB kalau tiba2 tak larat kena bayar penalti. Buang beras. LA'! Sekarang takde penalti kalau nak matikan bila2.
4. Wajib ambil insurance. No more!
+ Teknik diajar Kentzige Bruang ialah apply loan semaksimum mungkin dan sepanjang mungkin in Dec. Ini optimize keuntungan dan cashflow, Dapat sijil ASB by latest 20th Jan. Dividen starts from 1 Feb. Start bayar by 1st March (jimat payment 2 bulan), dan terminate in March the next year.

+ The return is nothing compared to pelaburan hartanah in term of scale but it is something and should be used as a second bullet in case anda ada tempoh bertenang semasa memburu hartanah.
